Terms of Sale

Below is our respected Terms of Sale which is operated across all our services and products. If you have any questions please get in touch.

Orders for Standard Delivery are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days from receipt of your order, so are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed. Please bear this in mind when arranging to receive goods and appointments for decorators.

Deliveries are made 8.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or Bank Holidays.

Please note our factory, warehouse and offices are closed on bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year – dispatches and deliveries will not be made during this period.

Order Confirmation

Once you have submitted your order you will be sent an order confirmation e-mail that contains your unique order number.

Out of Stock

If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock you will be notified within 48 hours (excluding Friday pm to Sunday pm and Bank Holidays). Paint tin sizes may be automatically substituted to make up the required order for each individual item, at no extra cost to you.

Returns Policy

All goods should be inspected on receipt. Damages or discrepancies should be reported immediately within 24 hours of receipt of the goods prior to returning the goods.

If for whatever reason you wish to return your order you are entitled to do so within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

If you return damaged or defective goods within 7 days of delivery we will issue a full refund for the price paid plus the cost of returning the damaged items. If the goods are not defective, you will be responsible for the freight charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase – a refund will be issued on receipt of the goods that are in good condition within 7 days of receipt of your goods.

You are responsible for the safe and efficient method of returning the goods. Pending the return of the goods, they must be kept in good condition. If goods are subsequently returned in a damaged condition, no refund will be made.

Liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

On-Screen Colour Representation

Computer screens cannot represent paint colours accurately or consistently. We recommend that you request a colour card or wallpaper samples and purchase paint sample pots before making your order.
